Modular Burners

Rütli has a modular burner product range between 2,000-30,000 KW. If requested, it is possible to produce modular burners with higher capacities or customized combustion systems specified to the customer requirements.

Rütli modular burners have a very wide range of applications in the industry. They can be used in asphalt plants, rotary dryer applications, steam boilers, hot oil boilers, hot water boilers, hot gas generators, at power plants as auxiliary burners and other industrial applications.

Rütli modular burners have 3 basic benefits to its customers;
The first of these is that the combustion fan is placed directly on the burner, eliminating pressure and efficiency loss.
Second one is that space-area saved; because of fan placed on directly to burner body, no need air channel for combustion air flow. Not only it will effect place saving, but also will be saved from cost.

Thirdly, it provides ease of service. Since the fan and other parts can be easily removed and installed from the burner body, these can be easily replaced with spare parts and the idle time of the burner is minimized.
The difference of the Rütli modular burner applications from other similar monoblock burners in the market is that the parts of the burner as fan, burner body and flame tube are modularly produced, so they can be separated from each other for service and maintenance support when it is necessary.

Modular burners can be produced in different combinations as gas, diesel, fuel oil, or dual fuel burners depending on the fuel type provided by the customer; for example, gas (natural gas, biogas, LPG etc.) - diesel, fuel oil, kerosene, bio fuel burner, other special fuels. Burner production materials are selected depending on the fuel type and fuel content.

Modular burners are produced in a customer-oriented manner and delivered to the customer. The customer is provided with only the burner body, burner control panel, burner fan at the desired pressure, fuel pumping station or, if fuel oil, fuel heating-filtering-pumping station, gas pressure reduction line, gas control valve etc.
