Air to Air Heat Exchangers/Indirect Hot Air Generators

Air to Air Heat Exchangers/Indirect Hot Air Generators

Indirect hot air generators produce clean, breathable hot air.

The polluted air from which energy is taken from it, not mix with clean air. In general, it can be used in building heating, fruit, vegetable, and nut drying applications in the food sector, in the pharmaceutical sector, in greenhouses, etc. where clean hot air is needed.

Indirect hot air generators is a form of  air-to-air heat exchangers. Air to air heat exchangers can be energy optaining from polluted air to fresh air or combustion a second energy source (gas, biofuel, diesel, fuel oil, etc.)  then obtaining hot air from flue gas through a heat exchanger.

Waste heat recovery economizers and waste heat boilers can be given as examples of air-to-air heat exchangers, that hot air is produced by energy recovery way. It is based on the recovery of the remaining energy from flue gas that coming out of the boiler chimey or furnace chimney gases passing through a secondary air-to-air  heat exchanger. This energy can be used for the purpose of heating the burner’s combustion air, heating something at process, heating somehwere or drying purposes in the industrial process etc.

The working logic of indirect hot air generators, which will be made by burning fossil fuels or solid fuels by burner or by boiler, to heat clean atmospheric air through flowing air on hot expanded surfaces inside exchager.

The hot heat surface is created by burning the fuel in a combustion chamber with gas burners, diesel burners, fuel oil burners or solid fuel burners. The smoke gas of the burned fuels is discharged from the chimney and it is never mixed with clean air.

The other clean hot production method is done by means of electric heaters (electrical heaters), where clean atmospheric air is heated by giving it directly by electric heaters. Since electricity is relatively expensive, it is generally preferred in smaller applications or in cases where the process must be heated electrically.

Our indirect hot air generators do not have standard dimensions and capacities. All these are customs designed in accordance with the customer's inlet-outlet fresh air/flue gas temperature, air flow rate, the space that exchanger will be placed and then produced specifically for the customer.
