Hot Gas Generators

Hot gas generators are used to produce hot air that needed on industrial heating and drying process. When hot gas produced, it is not take consider whether it is breathable or not. The hot gas produced mixing of burner’s flue gas, that reach around 1600 ^oC, and fresh ambient air according to industrial process’ required temperature. Energy source of burner can be ranges of fuel oil(diesel, gasoline, kerozene etc), natural gas, biofuel, solid fuels etc.

Hot gas generators can be used different purpose in the industry. For instance; sand and aggregates driying, cement manufacturing process, asphalt recovery process, asphalt plants, etc.

Hot gas generators can be produced vertical or horizontal position according to process requirements.
